MPPT stands for “Maximum Power Point Tracker,” and a unit comes pre-installed on the EP500 Series. You’ll get up to 40% faster charging than a standard charging port, and you’ll see your most significant efficiency gains when solar charging.

In an emergency, this charging method can be very useful, especially if you are evacuating from a fire, hurricane, flood or whatever natural disaster. Only suitable for EP500Pro.

As an emergency energy storage power for the whole family, Bluetti has a pretty cool option to double the AC output and storage capacity. For higher power loads, Bluetti is releasing its own “BLEUTTI Split Phase Box.” Users can connect two EP500s in tandem to double the rated 4000-watt power output and double storage capacity with this accessory board. The Split Phase Box will also offer 220/240-volt output options to power 220-volt appliances. The high power output means you can now run your home air conditioner, clothes dryer, in-wall Electric Heater, Mining machine and other high power appliances with ease. No need to worry about power outages on hot summer nights or cold, bitter winters anymore.

2. Split phase bonding requires two EP500s and the split phase Fusion Box available separately. And only applicable to machines of the same model and specifications. For example, two EP500 or two EP500Pro, but not one EP500+one EP500Pro.
